The location is ideal, being very near to the famous cathedral and just a short walk from the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The service is excellent, with the host offering helpful recommendations and going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection including homemade crepes and scrambled eggs.

The narrow staircase leading to the top floor rooms may be challenging for those with physical handicaps.

Hotel was lovely old and great, really enjoyed our stay.

the hotel is spotless and the room is beautifully decorated. it has particularly good setting and close to a cathedral and a basilica. le bon moine, where you can eat lunch, is at walking distance from the venue.

I recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast called Demeure Belle Époque in a lovely city. The property manager/owner was outstanding, providing immaculate and upgraded rooms with art and character. Its location was perfect, only a short walk away from the amazing Cathedral, park, and restaurants. The family room we stayed in exceeded our expectations, being spacious and perfect for a couple with 2 children. We were pleasantly surprised by the extras provided, such as a PS3 for our son's entertainment. A highlight of our stay was the delicious and plentiful breakfast served by the host. it was a memorable experience and I highly recommend Demeure Belle Époque Bed & Breakfast.

That our room was located on the upper floor, which meant climbing stairs. However, this might not be an issue for younger guests.
